Build something
that lasts.

We back entrepreneurs with capital, operating experience, and mentorship from people who have been there.

Our goal isn’t to finance businesses. Our goal is to help build them.

Sometimes that means a loan. Sometimes it means an investment. Sometimes it means helping an entrepreneur avoid a decision that could cost them years.

Capital is one tool. Leadership, judgment, people, discipline, and execution matter just as much.

We bring both capital and experience to the table.

Who we are

Capital from people who’ve been there.

We know what it is like to take risks, borrow money, hire the wrong person, make the wrong call, recover from mistakes, and keep building. We would rather other entrepreneurs benefit from those lessons than pay for them again.

What we bring to the table.

Capital
Debt, equity, or structured capital designed around the opportunity.
Experience
Practical operating knowledge earned by building and leading businesses.
Mentorship
Ongoing access to people who have a real stake in helping the entrepreneur succeed.
How we stay involved

Sometimes the best capital is the money you don’t have to repay.

Depending on the opportunity, we may provide capital as a loan or as a direct investment in the business. Which one makes sense depends on the company, the risk, and what the entrepreneur is trying to do.

Equity is not available in every situation. The honest answer usually comes out of a conversation, not a form.

We back people, not just balance sheets.

The financials matter. They are not the whole picture. We are interested in entrepreneurs who are hungry, capable, honest, willing to hear something they don’t want to hear, and serious about building something worth keeping.

Let’s talk about what you’re building.
